The Potato Olympics

Our Year 1 and 2 students recently enjoyed a fun-filled celebration of the Olympics through their own Potato Olympics! Each student crafted their very own potato athletes, adding creative flair to their designs. The festivities included a variety of exciting events, such as diving, distance running, breakdancing, archery, and gymnastics. Alongside the action-packed events, students applied their mathematical skills to measure lengths, capacities, and tally their scores. It was a fantastic way to blend creativity, physical activity, and learning, all while celebrating the spirit of the Olympics in a uniquely engaging way!
