At Parktone, we are proud to be a Leader in Me school. This means we intentionally develop leadership in every student, helping children build confidence, take responsibility for their learning and develop the skills they need to succeed at school and beyond. Our calm, orderly environment supports students to feel safe, focused and ready to learn each day.

Our dedicated staff are caring, professional, highly skilled and committed to every child’s success. They share a strong collective responsibility for maintaining high expectations and for continually growing and refining their practice. Through collaboration, reflection and ongoing professional development our teachers ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
We place a strong emphasis on early literacy and numeracy, recognising these as the foundations for all future learning and confidence. Teaching at Parktone is evidence-formed, progressive and explicit to ensure every student has the best possible opportunity to build essential knowledge and skills.
Partnerships with families are central to everything we do. We know that when schools and families work together, children achieve their best – academically, socially and emotionally.
