At Parktone Primary School, we see every child as a leader. As one of only three Leader in Me Lighthouse Schools in Victoria, we focus on building a culture of trust, confidence, and resilience, where students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning and personal growth.

The Leader in Me initiative, developed in partnership with educators and supported by the Franklin Covey Association, is an evidence-based model that helps students take ownership of their learning. Grounded in Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, these leadership skills are taught and demonstrated daily, across all subject areas.
