In Term 3, 2027, twenty Year 5 and 6 students from Parktone Primary School will embark on an exciting 10-day study tour to Japan. This unique international learning opportunity celebrates the learning of Japanese language and culture through our Japanese Language Program and provides students with an authentic insight into Japanese life beyond the classroom.
A highlight of the tour will be a full-day immersion at our sister school in Tokyo, where students will participate in classroom activities, interact with Japanese students, and experience firsthand what school life is like in Japan. This valuable cultural exchange will allow students to apply their Japanese language skills in real-world contexts while fostering global connections, intercultural understanding, and lasting friendships.
