2026 Foundation (Prep) Transition Program

Our transition program is designed to support children who have already enrolled, as well as families considering enrolment at Parktone Primary School.

Through a series of engaging sessions, children become familiar with our learning environment, meet the Foundation team and begin forming connections with future classmates.
